Our company, Slot Racing Company (SRC) was born in 2012 with the vocation to endure and leave a legacy, honouring our passion for motorsport and slot racing.
We are at a unique moment to create new and innovative experiences that transform the slot racing industry and satisfy the desires of the fans.
Through a commitment to innovation, quality and excellence, we seek to reinvent the slot car industry to reconquer the toy sector.
We offer differentiated, high-quality products and services to create exciting experiences that will delight slot car enthusiasts, setting a new standard of excellence in the industry.
Transforming an industry
We are a manufacturer of slot cars and accessories in 1/32 scale. We create limited series of emblematic model cars for the most demanding Slot lovers.
We have 2 main product ranges:
- Original: with the highest level of detail for collectors.
- Chrono: lighter and better mechanics for competition.
To date, we have designed from scratch and built more than 20 models of slot cars, serving more than 9,000 customers in more than 35 countries from our headquarters in Spain.
Our cars have been awarded on multiple occasions as Best Car of the Year and have been champions of some of the most prestigious slot car championships in the world.
We have a strong turnover that positions us as leaders in the sector.

- International Expansion: Extend our presence to Europe, the USA, and Asia.
- Marketing and Digital Channel: Lead the slot car industry’s transformation with advanced digital strategies.
- New Facilities and SRC Arena: Create a pioneering concept in Alicante (Spain) that combines entertainment and competition.
- Track Development: Manufacture high-quality competition tracks.
- Promoting Competition: Serve as a bridge between clubs and enthusiasts
At SRC, we believe in and want to make a positive impact on society and that's why we are:

Our investment round
- Target investment: €2M equivalent to 30% share capital (€1M equity + €1M share premium).
- Investor participation of 30%: The rest will continue to be owned by the current partners of Slot Racing Company.
- Minimum ticket size: €2,000.
- Dividend policy: Dividends will be distributed annually from 2027. Obligation included in the Shareholders' Agreement.
- Reporting obligation: Through the Shareholders' Agreement it will be obliged to report on the Annual Accounts, Results and Budgets.
- An investment round is established in 3 tranches with a different closing date for each (Tranche 1: 29/07/2024; Tranche 2: 15/10/2024; Tranche 3: 20/01/2025).
- The first 100 investors in each tier will receive a very special and exclusive gift for that tier. Those who invest in the first tier, which ends on July 29, 2024, will receive a unique and unpublished slot car from a special limited edition that SRC will never market: the PEUGEOT 205T16 EVO1, with which Michelle Mouton won the German Rally Championship in 1986.

How does the investment round work?
Currently you can leave your investment interest in the project through the form you will find on this website.
Simply leave us your details and when the project is available on the Fellow Funders platform, we will notify you so that you can consult more information and formalise your investment if you wish.
What is the minimum amount I can invest?
The minimum ticket is 2,000 euros, although regardless of the amount, you will enter under the same conditions as any other investor.
What is Fellow Funders?
Fellow Funders is a European and Spanish platform of Equity Crowdfunding or Crowdfunding Investment, born from a group of international capital market professionals with more than a century of experience. It is currently part of the Orbyn financial group, a fintech specialising in the world of alternative investment.
How can I get a return on my investment?
Normally, equity investments in unlisted companies earn returns for their shareholders in one of three ways; through the sale of all or part of the shareholders' shares to another company, through an IPO on a listed market or through periodic dividend distributions.
When will the round open?
During the month of July the round will open, and if you are already registered, simply follow the steps below to be able to invest easily.
Who can invest?
Anyone over the age of 18, with a valid identity document to be able to invest in Spain (e.g. valid DNI, Tax ID, NIF or NIE).
